RedBack MR708 machine-mounted receiver with a clamp mount. The MR708 is designed to work with most red rotating laser levels. This model features clamp mounting on a machine with rod structure (not supplied) on either a boom or blade/bucket which makes it extremely secure. The MR708 features 360 degrees of reception and can pick up a laser anywhere within its massive 250mm reception window. When the laser moves out of this reception window the receiver will flash slowly indicating the last height the laser was detected.
On the receiver are 5 extremely bright clusters of LED lights indicating the height of the laser. These display both above and below level as well as on level. The RedBack Lasers MR708 has an internal Ni-mh battery that can be charged with the included mains charging unit. It can also operate on a 12 or 24V system with the included cable with crocodile clips. Note though on a 12V system the receiver will still need a mains charge from time to time as the 12V system will only top up the internal battery not fully charge it.
Machine receivers are ideal for all types of earthmoving, excavating, and groundworks for level and grades and can be installed on a number of machines. This is a great receiver for Box Blade, Grade Blade, Dozer, Bobcat, Skid Steer and more.

SSantiago N.3 days agoAfter researching for quite some time I’m so glad I ended up choosing this rotary laser! I’ve only owned it for a few weeks and have used it a few times but I can straight away tell that the way is built is so solid and of obvious quality materials as you can tell When you touch the parts and items that come with this kit. I’m very impressed! I really really like the fact that this laser is so compact, other brands I’ve used on work sites always seem to be unnecessarily bulky, and the cases they come in huge… this model come is a relatively small case and laser itself is tough but quite small for the type of unit it is, I’m absolutely loving it! Lastly, I must say the 0.5mm receiver ( which can be set to display level in increments of 1mm,2mm,5mm or 10mm… yeah baby!) is top notch! This receiver was one of the reasons I ended up choosing this brand! Value for money ratio is unmatchable, well done RedBack Laser! Thank you guys 🙏🏼

FFranz Franz5 months agoCustomer service was above and beyond. Product has met and beaten expectations. They were sold out of the package deal I wanted but contacted me directly when stock came in to offer it without waiting for it to go online. Had the laser over two weeks now and it's light beam is brighter than my mates DeWalt and the receiver works at a longer distance. Another cool feature is that the batteries have a USB C port on them for charging with USB C cable instead of needing another charger. Was dubious about them being cheaper than others on the market but I honestly can't fault it. Carry box also feels strong and sturdy.
