Customer service was above and beyond. Product has met and beaten expectations. They were sold out of the package deal I wanted but contacted me directly when stock came in to offer it without waiting for it to go online. Had the laser over two weeks now and it's light beam is brighter than my mates DeWalt and the receiver works at a longer distance. Another cool feature is that the batteries have a USB C port on them for charging with USB C cable instead of needing another charger. Was dubious about them being cheaper than others on the market but I honestly can't fault it. Carry box also feels strong and sturdy.

The guys at Redback are awesome. I had occasion to have to get my 3 beam green repaired after a moment of stupidity on my part. Repairs were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The advantages of dealing with an Australian manufacturer are huge. No name brands are garbage if you damage them, and even some of the bigger "brand" names will see repair costs exceed replacement price. After researching for quite some time I’m so glad I ended up choosing this rotary laser! I’ve only owned it for a few weeks and have used it a few times but I can straight away tell that the way is built is so solid and of obvious quality materials as you can tell When you touch the parts and items that come with this kit. I’m very impressed! I really really like the fact that this laser is so compact, other brands I’ve used on work sites always seem to be unnecessarily bulky, and the cases they come in huge… this model come is a relatively small case and laser itself is tough but quite small for the type of unit it is, I’m absolutely loving it! Lastly, I must say the 0.5mm receiver ( which can be set to display level in increments of 1mm,2mm,5mm or 10mm… yeah baby!) is top notch! This receiver was one of the reasons I ended up choosing this brand! Value for money ratio is unmatchable, well done RedBack Laser! Thank you guys 🙏🏼
