FJD H36 PRO 3D Grader Control System

The FJD H36 PRO is a GNSS-based 3D Motor Grader Control System that automatically adjusts blade attitude in real time, delivering centimetre-level grading accuracy in a single pass. Powered by an 8-core 2.2 GHz IP68 tablet with real-time 3D visual guidance, plus the option to run 2D without GNSS for mixed-site flexibility.

Automatic Control, Smooth as Ever

The H36 PRO collects the blade's spatial 3D coordinates in real time via GNSS and compares them against your design file. When deviation is found, the valve control module automatically corrects the mechanical shovel line — delivering accurate, repeatable levelling in a single pass with no grade checker needed.

Flexible Operation Modes with Gesture Control

Import design files into construction drawings and work in Design Files, Depth or Elevation modes. The 10.1" touchscreen supports full gesture controls — move, zoom, select and 3D rotate — making terminal operation fast and intuitive from the cab.

Elevation Offset, Blade Wear & Hold Slope

Three precision tools keep the blade on grade as conditions change. Elevation Offset runs operations off a height reference for accurate, consistent results. Blade Wear calibration compensates for tool wear so accuracy never drifts. Hold Slope extends a specified slope across the working area with stable, continuous guidance.

The H36 PRO adapts to mixed-fleet reality with three solution types: Single-Mast for traditional GNSS setups, 2D Solution for sites where GNSS isn't practical, and Robotic Total Station Solution for millimetre accuracy from a tracked total station.

Rugged Hardware & Wiring

The 10.1" LED touchscreen (8-core 2.2 GHz, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM) is IP68-rated for in-cab dust and water protection. The attitude sensor is IP67 and operates from -40°C to +85°C, and the wiring harness is durable down to -40°C — engineered for road, airport, stadium and residential jobsites in any climate.
