The FJD Trion GC100L is a 3D guidance system for motor graders. GNSS antennas and tilt sensors on the machine feed a 10.1-inch cab tablet that shows the blade against your design in real time, with cut/fill figures. The operator steers and controls the blade as usual, so there are no valves or hydraulic changes. FJD rates it at ±3 cm with RTK corrections. FJD also offers an upgrade path to its GC100 automatic blade control.
The GC100L puts the design in the cab of a grader without taking the blade out of the operator's hands. It suits contractors and councils who want to cut pegging and grade checking on subgrade, pads, roads and tracks, and want to start with guidance before deciding on automatic control.
It runs on the same platform as FJD's GC100 automatic grader control (sold as the H36 PRO until 2026), with the same tablet, software and workflow. The difference is that the GC100L shows the operator where the blade is and doesn't drive the hydraulics.
GNSS antennas give the grader's position, and tilt sensors (IMUs) on the body and blade give its attitude. The control box works out where the blade's cutting edge is and the 10.1-inch tablet shows it against the design with cut/fill figures. The operator controls the blade.
FJD designed the GC100L to upgrade to GC100 automatic blade control by adding a control module. Valve, relay and CAN bus options suit hydraulic and electro-hydraulic graders. We're starting with guidance, so ask us if automatic control is on your radar and we'll talk you through it.
Import DWG, DXF, SHP, KML or XML designs, or build slopes, depths and elevations on the tablet. Since FJD's 2026 software update, you can load several designs into one job and switch between them. More than 6,000 coordinate systems are built in. FJD's TerraMind cloud platform lets the office plan jobs, send designs and watch progress.
The system takes RTK corrections over 4G from a network service (subscription, or Geoscience Australia's free AUSCORS streams), or by UHF radio from your own base station (410–470 MHz or 902–928 MHz). The antennas need a clear view of the sky.
FJD quotes about 15 minutes to calibrate. The system is meant to suit a broad range of graders, but FJD doesn't publish a make and model list. Send us your machine details and we'll confirm the fit.
Send us the grader make, model and year, whether it's hydraulic or electro-hydraulic, and how you'll get corrections (network or your own base). We can arrange installation, calibration and operator training.

Features
The 10.1-inch tablet shows the blade against the design with cut/fill figures in real time. The operator sees what's left to cut or fill without waiting for a grade check.
The GC100L uses the same tablet, software and workflow as FJD's GC100 automatic grader control. FJD designed it to upgrade by adding a control module, with valve, relay and CAN bus options.
Import DWG, DXF, SHP, KML or XML designs, or build slopes, depths and elevations on the tablet. You can load several designs into one job and switch between them. More than 6,000 coordinate systems are built in.
Take RTK corrections over 4G from a network service, or by UHF radio from your own base station on 410–470 MHz or 902–928 MHz.
The tablet is IP68, the control box and IMUs are IP67, and the cabling is rated to -40 °C. FJD provides remote diagnostics and over-the-air software updates.
