The FJD Trion DC100L is a 3D guidance system for bulldozers. GNSS antennas and tilt sensors feed a 10.1-inch cab tablet that shows the blade against your design in real time, with cut/fill figures. The operator controls the blade as usual, so there are no valves or hydraulic changes. Antennas can go on the cab roof (mastless) or on blade masts. FJD rates it at ±3 cm with RTK corrections and offers an upgrade path to its DC100 automatic blade control.

Key Features

Bulldozer working to a 3D design with FJD DC100L guidance
01

Grade to the Design from the Seat

The 10.1-inch tablet shows the blade against the design with cut/fill figures in real time, so the operator sees what's left to cut or fill without waiting for a grade check.

02

Mastless or Dual-Mast

Mount both GNSS antennas on the cab roof, with tilt sensors on the body and blade, so nothing on the blade can be knocked off and the view stays clear. The traditional dual-mast layout is still available.

Guidance Now, Automatic Control Later

The DC100L uses the same tablet, software and workflow as FJD's DC100 automatic dozer control. FJD designed it to upgrade by adding a control module, with valve, relay and CAN bus options.

Design in the Cab or Load It from the Office

Import DWG, DXF or XML designs, or build slopes, depths and elevations on the tablet. You can load several designs into one job. More than 6,000 coordinate systems are built in.
