RedBack Lasers' LLR805MM is our new & improved design of Line Laser Receiver technology. Designed with performance in mind, we've improved the responsiveness of the line laser receiver from previous generations - so you can spend more time building & less time measuring!
In days gone by, choosing a laser level for outdoors was simple - you grab a rotating laser.
Although rotating lasers are great for levels & heights and offer long range - they usually lack the ability to easily give alignment (straight lines) or squares which is something Line Lasers do well indoors.
Nowadays - the choice is harder - as Line Lasers when paired with a receiver like the LLR805MM allow for easy outdoor use - giving the similar functionality as a Rotating Laser (although over a shorter distance) like levels while also offering Alignment & Square - all at once! Then if you need to do any indoor work - you have a bright line laser for any tiling, installation, fit-out, set-out or similar applications.
99% of Line Laser Receivers on the market feature incremental arrows up & down to indicate the position of the laser.
mm Receivers take the guesswork out of it - telling you exactly where you are vs. where you need to be.
A mm Display Receiver will make you more precise - a lot of receivers from big name brands having a 3mm tolerance built into the level band. The LLR805MM will tell you exactly when you are within 0mm, 1mm, 2mm etc. - so you can be as accurate as required.
It will also speed up your workflow - as you'll know exactly how much you need to cut/fill or how far you need to move left/right in a second rather than trying to guess when relying purely on arrows.

AAshley Ward4 days agoOrder 45707 Thanks for the option for review The system is great and well priced compared to TOPCON The in cab receiver needs a back light on the screen with the arrows as it is very hard to see when trimming to the millimetre and can’t be done quickly as you can’t see the arrows properly Has it got a light I haven’t found yet ? Also one of the little magnets pulled out of the magnet mount on The Bucket when I removed so not sure if it’s going to last Any info on this would be great Regards Ashley Ward Maximum Drainage

FFranz Franz6 months agoCustomer service was above and beyond. Product has met and beaten expectations. They were sold out of the package deal I wanted but contacted me directly when stock came in to offer it without waiting for it to go online. Had the laser over two weeks now and it's light beam is brighter than my mates DeWalt and the receiver works at a longer distance. Another cool feature is that the batteries have a USB C port on them for charging with USB C cable instead of needing another charger. Was dubious about them being cheaper than others on the market but I honestly can't fault it. Carry box also feels strong and sturdy.
