The RedBack Lasers MR710 has an internal Ni-mh battery that can be charged with the included mains charging unit. It can also operate on a 12 or 24V system with the included cable with crocodile clips. Note though on a 12V system the receiver will still need a mains charge from time to time as the 12V system will only top up the internal battery not fully charge it.
Machine receivers are ideal for all types of earthmoving and groundworks, excavating for level and grades, and can be installed on a number of machines.
