Returns & Refund Policy

To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition or slightly used condition, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer’s possession.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all RedBack Lasers and other branded products sold on our website are able to be returned for change of mind purposes under this policy. Where a product listing specifically states that the product is not able to be returned under this policy, then no returns for change of mind will be permitted. All returns are subject to the RedBack Lasers Returns Terms & Conditions below.

RedBack Lasers 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

RedBack Lasers offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all RedBack Lasers and other branded products sold on our website. If for any reason You are unsatisfied with Your purchase of one of these products. You can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the Product and receive a refund of the purchase price of Your Product (excluding initial delivery charges).  We can also organise upgrades at this time if desired.

Returns Terms & Conditions

1. In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions. You must notify RedBack Lasers by phone (1800 769 858) or email ([email protected]) within 30 days of taking delivery of Your Product and request a return under this Policy. You must comply with the directions of RedBack Lasers staff in order to successfully return Your Product for a refund.
2. To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by You during the time the Product is in Your possession. The Product is deemed to be in Your possession until the Product is received by RedBack Lasers. Products returned that do not fulfill this requirement will only be eligible for a partial refund to the amount determined by RedBack Lasers staff depending on the condition of the product and packaging.
3. Where the Product is a RedBack Lasers or other Branded products sold on our website, qualifies for a return under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, and fulfills the conditions above, the refund provided will be the equal to the price of the Product being returned, less the initial delivery charges as per Your Order Confirmation email.
4. The 30 day period within which You are eligible to make a return under this Policy begins on the date that You accept delivery of Your Product. If there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product.
5. The Product must be returned to RedBack Lasers within 10 business days of Your request to return Your Product under this Policy.
6. You must return the Products for which You are seeking a refund at Your own cost and You must comply with the directions for returning the Product that RedBack Lasers staff provide to You. The goods will remain Your responsibility during transit until such time as they are received at the address as supplied by RedBack Lasers staff. RedBack Lasers will accept no liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit. RedBack Lasers highly recommend shipping with insurance and proof of delivery.
7. After receiving the returned Product, RedBack Lasers will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
8. RedBack Lasers reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy without notice.

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The provisions that we offer within our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
