The help i got from Tim and the guys was second to none.....they returned my calls immediately and kept me in the loop looking for what I needed.....my purchase was expressed post so didn't hold me up with construction.....I wouldn't buy laser equipment from anyone else.....thanks guys

Redback lasers sent the product fast which saw me receive the product in no time. I also received a free upgrade to a lr730 which I was stoked about. The LR730 works a treat for getting heights set out precisely

As I purchased it for my cousin to use and it has made the job so much easier with alot more jobs to do so it will be getting a workout But very happy with the product

We just received our first rotating lasor level from RedBack and so far has been great Fast postage , easy ordering and arrived safe and works perfectly

Great customer service and open dialogue and follow up. 100% deserved the five stars. Well done

Customer service was above and beyond. Product has met and beaten expectations. They were sold out of the package deal I wanted but contacted me directly when stock came in to offer it without waiting for it to go online. Had the laser over two weeks now and it's light beam is brighter than my mates DeWalt and the receiver works at a longer distance. Another cool feature is that the batteries have a USB C port on them for charging with USB C cable instead of needing another charger. Was dubious about them being cheaper than others on the market but I honestly can't fault it. Carry box also feels strong and sturdy.

I have ordered from Redback many times and the free delivery is excellent and fast. Very customer focussed and great to deal with. Thanks again team.

Redback are great to deal with. I did a deal over the phone and product was in the mail that afternoon. If the product is as good as their service and I’m sure it is I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you at RedBack.

Fast response to questions. Happy with product. Very easy to deal with. Courier they used could improve their tracking service. Very confusing and slow to update location of item tracked.

The guys at Redback are awesome. I had occasion to have to get my 3 beam green repaired after a moment of stupidity on my part. Repairs were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The advantages of dealing with an Australian manufacturer are huge. No name brands are garbage if you damage them, and even some of the bigger "brand" names will see repair costs exceed replacement price. Redback build and sell quality products and the after sales service is fantastic More than happy to recommend Redback and their product range

I have purchased from RedBack Lasers 2 times now and both have been a fantastic experience, the turnaround time from me buying the item to the items arriving was so fast. I can assure you that I will be buying again without thinking twice about it. Thanks to the Team for the top quality work

RedBack were straight on the job, the timeline was spot on and the product the same. When I wish to expand on my lasers, RedBack will be my first port of call.

Reback Laser Shop offers great advice and helped me select the correct laser for our aircraft maintenance application. They were prompt and helpful. They delivered the product efficiently and it has been highly appropriate to our application.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. Very happy with level. Last but not least a real person answers the phone for customer service.

Bought the CONDTROL XP3 GREEN at the their shop in Geelong, great friendly staff and the distance laser works a treat. Heaps of functions and simple and quick to learn and use. Cheers.
